This 14-acre upscale, all inclusive experience is best for avid divers and anglers.  Only 22 rooms, staff often outnumbers the number of guests. Rooms have private baths and outdoor showers, minifrig, a/c, ceiling fans, coffee and tea service, hairdryer.  All Ocean View. 

Packages Include:  Deluxe beachfront accommodations*, all meals served family style plus hors d'oevures, coffee/tea/water/lemonaide, use of kayaks, paddle boards, shore snorkeling, pool, Hobie Cat use.  
Divers also get 15 dives on 7 night stay, 7 dives going Sat-Wed and 5 dives Wed - Sat,   trip to the Blue Hole and Half Moon Caye on Tues.

Snorkel Packages also available, add $500 to the Non-Diver Rate for 7 nights, $350 for 4 night stays and $150 on 3 night stays. 
Not Included:  Alcoholic beverages, Marine Park fee, 12.5% tax collected on site.
